A prestigious Italian music soirée by Fondazione Luciano Pavarotti — an exclusive and refined tribute to the timeless legacy of Maestro Luciano Pavarotti, featuring a curated selection of his most iconic and celebrated performances.
The evening also features a rare exhibition of the Maestro's personal treasures — including his iconic scarves, signature hats, and legendary stage costumes — alongside a strictly limited selection of autographed serigraphs, available for acquisition through a silent auction.

A symbol of Italian excellence for over a century, the BiCE Restaurant Group represents the highest expression of refined Italian hospitality and gastronomy. Founded in Milan in 1926, the group celebrates its 100-year anniversary in 2026, honoring a legacy that began with the opening of the first BiCE Ristorante by Raffaele Ruggeri’s grandmother, a visionary whose passion laid the foundation for an enduring culinary institution.
Rooted in tradition, the BiCE Restaurant Group has become synonymous with timeless elegance, artisanal craftsmanship, and authentic Italian cuisine — values that continue to define its presence on the global culinary stage.
For Gala Italia, Salute Ristorante and BiCE Ristorante will present an evening of elevated gastronomic excellence in Palm Beach.
